Both ads have been set to music by Mr. Suresh Peters and the ads have been made by WOC (or Winds of Change)

Can you post the sound track as an Audio blog?

Chatted with your mom today thinking it was you... good to hear that she is fit and fine :)

For long I wanted to know what your name meant and thanks to your mom, she clarified it. Chinmayi means a lady in the form of supreme wisdom.

Your mom also has a beautiful name - Padmasani; a faminine name to indicate that the one sitting on ;the lotus.

Cheers to all!!

I have sung in a few ads.. I would have liked to have sung some more.. but major ones have been for Pepsi, Nalli Silks, Textile India, Chennai Silks now, Spinz talc, Nyle, The Suryan FM title music, a lot of radi spots, dont remember the brand names!

Why did I no sing in Anniyan? Well thats a question that must go to Harris and Shankar sirs. !

Chennai Silks and few other jewel shops are now into serious marketing. I personally liked the Pothys Shuba Mangala Collectons.. Vibrant colors and beautiful editing. I gave up the TV-watching habit last year. So, havent seen your ad.. do post it online please :)

Chinmayee, oh so it was you in Vivaha? Just yesterday I was thinking the tune was pretty good, better than most Tamil film song pallavis with a slight hamsadhwani/kalyaNi touch. It goes something like "mannan vandhaan kai pidika.." right? I wished it was a little longer. Some of these ads sound better than movie melodies these days.Hope you get to sing in more such ads.

Chinmaye,

Vivaha ad is too good. But it seems to have been replaced by another version. I guess, you have done that too. Vivaha rarely comes in Sun nowadays.

However, Vivaha is my favorite. Could you please send me the track if you get it.

here is my mail id: srusal@gmail.com
